RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge within 30 days of delivery. We will accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days. Private Sale, sample sale, select outlet items and monogrammed products are final sale.

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days — issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card.  

Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. PayPal exchanges must be even — any balance will need to be charged to a credit card. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.
